Need help with making a christmas menu (i own a pub and were openin in the noon for christmas dinner)? - openin in the vigina

I own a pub (in England and America, I DNO if different from Christmas dinner) (mean already fully booked!) In any case, I have a buffet? a menu? a menu where you choose between two things? and what should I put it in the menu, with the exception of Turkey, etc., and what desserts and drinks party? It all started?

I think a menu, but can choose what they want off the menu as a buffet or as least you have a lot, so I think you should wear a Meny of them:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Meat (choose 1-2):
Turkey
Chicken
Ham
Vegetarian Turkey
Vegetarian Chicken
Potatoes (choose 2):
Potatoes
Mashed Potatoes
Potatoes
Vegetables (choose 2):
Peas and carrots
Brussels sprouts
Broccoli
Extras (choose 2-3):
Parsnips
Yorkshire pudding
Filler
Pigs in blankets
OPT sauces:
Sauce
Cranberry Sauce
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I think you should sell separately appetizers and desserts, because people do not want an appetizer or dessert
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Entries:
Cheese and crackers
(Salad, shrimp cocktail, etc.)
(Vegetable soup, bacon and lentils, etc.)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Desserts:
Pies (cream optional)
Carrot Cake
Christmasas pudding (with brandy sauce or cream sauce and holly above)
Apple Pie (cream optional)
Sign chocolate (sugar sprinkled on top so it looks like snow)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
and a few festive drinks:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Drinks:
eggnogg
Photos:
Christmas Tree (1 / 3 ounces creme de menthe, 1 / 3 ounces Irish Cream, 1 / 3 ounces grenadine)
Winter holiday (1 / 3 ounces liqeur banana, 1 / 3 ounces scnhapps Peach, Southern Comfort 1/3oz)
-joy of Christmas (1 / 2 oz eggnog, 1 / 2 ounces creme de menthe)
Server:
Holiday Hot Punch (2 eggs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 oz brandy, hot milk) (egg yolks, sugar and brandy, pour 2 cups or glasses of punch, filled with hot milk mixture and smeared with grated nutmeg)
Holiday in the sun punch (23 ounces pineapple juice, soda, 14 ounces, 3 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate mixed berries and 2 glasses of champagne) (mix)
Cocktails:
Alcoholics cream milk chocolate (4 ounces milk chocolate, 2 ounces cold coffee, cream and chocolate chips and add 1 ounces Baileys drink every CocktaYL) (Fill a tall glass with ice, add 4 ounces of milk chocolate and 2 ounces of cold coffee, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chips, 1 teaspoon of raspberry sorbet, strawberry or lemon, add 1 oz Bailey's), or if you want that soft drinks do not add the Baileys
Holiday cocktail alcohol (4 ounces pineapple juice, cranberry juice 2 oz soda water 4 oz, 1 1 / 2 ounces of vodka per drink) (in a bowl, juice mixture, pour soda water, top with sherbet balls), or if you want this Add non-alcoholic vodka
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
and remember to set the table with crackers, paper hats and candles for your guests! and smaller sizes for children!
I hope to help xx
I want to do a buffet and menu. Some people like Buffet, prefer to wait to be served at food there. For foods that have two meat and turkey ham, two potatoes, mashed potatoes, two vegetables, corn, green beans, carrots or baby, should also rolls and a salad. For dessert, you can purchase different pies, cakes, cookies, fruit salads and desserts are all that popular. For drinks and eggnog could then be used in the rule.
A buffet would be a good thing, but there are a lot of waste involved, and might cost more, so I suggest a limited menu where you can choose the main course (two extra), 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1 dessert.
My suggestion would be .....
Flat ..
roast turkey
Ham
Roast beef or lamb chops
Stuffed squash () for vegetarians
Sites ...
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Clothes
Salad
Maize
seasoned green beans or green bean casserole
Broccoli
candied yams
All meals served with a basket of warm rolls.
Desert ...
Plum Pudding
Cheesecake
Traditional fruitcake
Apple Pie
