Is It Legal To Ride In A 5th Wheel In New York Is It Legal To Ride In A 5th Wheel Trailer?

Is it legal to ride in a 5th wheel trailer? - is it legal to ride in a 5th wheel in new york

I am traveling in a truck full of 9 hours. I wonder whether it is legal to ride on the wheel 5, we are pulling a trailer. There are over the limits of the country, but we are crossing a boundary with the province. No seat belt wheel 5, but the chances are accepted, slender. Is it legal to ride in the trailer?

Note: This is important, I'm going tomorrow

It is illegal, much less dangerous than the passengers on trailers in tow ... If this is an open trailer or trailer / fifth wheel.

If the trailer has never been in an accident, were all involved in horse riding in the trailer to be seriously injured or killed. And do not expect your insurance to cover!

It is illegal in most states and provinces.

Trailer Life Directory contains a list of what is and what is not legal in every state and province.

I've heard that it is legal if the driver is communicating with the people in the trailer. Bring a pair of 2-way radios should be good.
